- All guests at the same table must choose the same option: À La Carte or All You Can Eat.
- For the Sashimi & Tartare category: maximum of 2 dishes per person.
- For the JOY (salmon) category: maximum of 2 portions per person.
- Uneaten dishes will be charged an extra €5 per dish.

In order to protect our customers’ health, raw seafood products are subjected to rapid freezing at -20°C for at least 24 hours, in accordance with EC Regulation 853/04.
Depending on seasonality, some products are frozen/flash-frozen at source and may also be subjected to temperature blast chilling.
Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, the allergens present in our menu are: gluten, crustaceans and derivatives, eggs and derivatives, fish and derivatives, peanuts and derivatives, soy and derivatives, milk and derivatives, nuts and derivatives, celery and derivatives, mustard and derivatives, sesame seeds and derivatives, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupins and derivatives, molluscs and derivatives.
